Difficult to find food at the hotel facilities. Restaurants were full and not able to get any reservations during the stay at the Resort. There were no restaurants close to the resort. As a group we needed to get out of the resort every day to be able to find food. Seems like the of you want to eat at the resort you will need to reserve the restaurants at the same time you reserve the room.

It breaks my heart to say it is hard to pay for a place to stay that doesn’t meet your standards. When you are in the service industry, your business is to service with a smile. When you approach a bar and the staff are not able to acknowledge your presence, it becomes uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Upon arrival at the resort, an overwhelming odor permeates the entrance. After the initial or second day, a musty scent permeates the hallways where the guest rooms are situated. The resort’s pricing is excessive. There are limited activities available within the resort on rainy days. The service is subpar. The cuisine is of poor quality. Some guests exhibit a lack of consideration for others throughout the night. On my first night here, guests attempted to force their room doors open at 4:00 AM. Most evenings, I can hear guests slamming doors throughout the night. I would not recommend this resort.

The few drawbacks were that our room was only serviced twice over 7 days, each bar has 1 bartender which makes drink service extremely slow with all of the frozen drinks and mojitos being made, and the wait for the tram & ferry to Palomino Island. All in all it was a good resort and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel in generally is beautiful, the view it’s amazing, the connections with marina and water park very good and convenient but the rooms in Las Brisas and Holloway are very dusty but generally I can’t say any bad words about the hotel .

Views are spectacular. Plenty of options to relax and have fun. The one drawback of this place is the quality of the dining experience. The prices are very high and the quality does not justify the price. The exception is the breakfast.

This is my favorite hotel in the island. It is always a pleasure to stay there. My only recommendation is that some of the workers are amazing, the majority don’t care about the service and the guests, and they are lazy and give a really bad service.

It was packed because it was spring break week. I had to wait an hour to check in and an hour and a half to get on ferry to go to the beach, there were no lounge chairs available at the pool, and there were no reservations available for dinner. There were crowds everywhere.
