Gross. Only shared bathrooms in hallway, unsafe neighborhood with active drug deals and partying on all sides loudly thru windows (sleep would be impossible). No closet to hang clothing. No towels. Reeked of smoke. Cigarette burns on sheets. Certainly no safe, blowdryer, expectation of privacy, throw in added fear of bedbugs… I left immediately

I almost froze, air coming in from under door, i didnt realize our windows were open. our heat was on high but it was still cold. San Fran weather was cold but colder in the room. My purse got stolen. pay to park at own risk. check in was fine. we actually had a room down the block but that room was horrible. i didnt want my kids to have yuck experience so i got this room for same night. cost me more but i was exhausted.

Honestly? This place was clean, quiet, reliable, safe, and centrally located. It's not going to win any awards or blow your mind, but it was exactly what I needed. Ice machines, elevator, vending... reliable front desk staff. Parking sounded expensive, so probably take the bus. Easy ride to downtown, the wharf, and more.
