First and foremost, the hotel staff is very nice and hospitable. But the property itself is in dire need of a complete renovation from interior of the rooms and carpeting to the awful white and minimal lighting in the rooms. The airport shuttle also needs to be rethought. The morning run to the airport stops at 11:05am and doesn’t restart until 3:05pm. The same is true about being picked up at the airport. It stops after 11:00 am and doesn’t resume until after 3pm. Sad and perplexing.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Surprised no traffic noise despite being on a busy road. The HVAC was loud when cycling off and on. Staff was excellent. Good choice for a stay near the airport, with free shuttle service.

For travelers who need a hotel before flying to SFO its convenient. Just remember that parking is free on the night you sleep there. If you leave your car for a week it costs about $126.

The rooms were a little worn but clean. It was close to the airport and very easy to use the shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay BUT There is a missing footpath paver that the courtesy shuttle parked by for us to exit the bus and I stepped in it twisting my ankle. It was 10 at night so please repair.
