Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. There was a hamper of dirty laundry and a drying washcloth in the closet. There was exposed wiring in the hallway ceiling. There was no information of any kind about Wi-Fi, checkout process etc. Electrical outlets were loose and at least one lacked power. On the positive side, it's very close to the airport and the BART station. Floors etc. were clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the host was good.
