Very clean and well maintained hotel. friendly staff. free breakfast which is very good and better than most hotels I have been in. We enjoy our stay here every time. The only thing is the bottles of soap and shampoo were empty but everything else is great.

The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful. We appreciate her and wish we could know her by name but she was working on December 16 in the evening. The room accommodations are very good especially the beds but it could use additional blankets. The breakfast is OK but would appreciate bacon and more egg variety. The yogurt should be a no sugar, plain yogurt and allow people to add, honey or sugar to it. The breakfast is loaded towards cheaper carbs and not enough meat and egg options dairy as well.

Great location. I just hope they get their Guests contact number especially when they pick up the them from the airport. It was our first time travelling to SF and we didnt get notified when the shuttle was already waiting. We also didnt know the exact pick up point of their shuttle. We ended up waiting for so long and needed to book our uber.
