Great location and family friendly!
Great location! The lounge was especially inviting after a long day traveling. Loved that they had super cool mocktails for our son - he felt included! Our room was great, and once again, our son was excited to find a “ Argonaut” stuffy (wrapped of course) waiting for him on the bed. The bottle of wine was nice too! Super clean and it was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Location was terrific. Easy to get to Alcatraz and the Ghirardelli chocolate factory near by. Eating options nearby and tour buses. Would stay there again.

Great and unique hotel located in an awesome location next to Ghirardelli Square, the original trolley, Scoma’s, Fisherman’s Wharf and more. Also an easy walk to China Town and Union Square. The Blue Mermaud restaurant has the best clam chowder we have ever eaten; it's delicious!

Conveniently located in the middle of everything!
Better than I expected! The hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms are upgraded and very spacious. We got the bay view and it did not disappoint. We could see the Golden Gate Bridge from our room. Extremely satisfied with our room. The only thing is that we had to pay for valet overnight parking which is $75 per night plus another fee of $35 a day for daily amenities and a San Francisco and California tourist tax fee. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We are absolutely happy with our experience at the Argonaut. Super conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants at Fisherman’s Wharf. I have a feeling that this hotel might be haunted. My husband and I felt a presence in our hotel room in the middle of the night.

The hotel is ok, our room was dirty when we arrived with a big coffee spillage on bedside table which made me doubt how clean the rest was. We asked for the room to be cleaned and came back and it was the same so had to ask again the next morning. The shower was also broken and bathrooms dated. Attempting to upsell to the kids by leaving overpriced soft toys on the bed when you arrive is undesirable too.
