Very friendly staff, they welcomed our dogs and offered a really good service. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast included in the price is really good. The pub attached to the hotel offers good food at fair prices and our dogs were also welcome in the patio. Recommended for families with dogs visiting Vancouver Island

Called to let them know that I was delayed due to flights and instead of moving my reservation one day as I requested they checked me in and billed me for the extra night. I understand they are within their policy but I have never had this happen anywhere else. Room smelled of dog, and overall maintenance was lacking.

Wonderful staff, even though we had some miscommunication with guest services. Breakfast was just okay, sausage was horrible, a lot of empty containers an hour after services started, very limited seating for breakfast, but clean area.

YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!!

OMG this place is the REAL DEAL! You have to stay here when you come to Victoria!! The place is super clean, great food offered in the morning, close to dining options and a gas station. The dog motif was top notch as was all of the staff. Upon checking in, the gentleman at counter explained the pub connected to the restaurant and how part was family friendly! We were given adjoining rooms per our request. Rooms were so clean and bright, great bathrooms and wonderful beds!
