Great location, comfy bed and clean room(hair dryer includes). breakfast was good(grilled bacon, sausage, tomatoes and hash brown, toast and mini croissants, some fruits and yogurt) also coffee(espresso and long black) and tea was available. Bathroom was quite small but understandable. Could share the pool and spa facilities with Novotel hotel.

Brilliant to have fresh milk but not offered it on check in. Found afterwards. Staff helpful but understaffed. No information about the place in the room. Only found out we could use Novotel pool by reading past reviews. Poor cousin to Novotel. I felt for the staff.
