Difficult check-in process.

Great location, within walking distance to beach and marina, which had a variety of restaurants and shops. Property was pleasant, but check-in was very difficult. No one on property to allow entrance through gate, nor any visible information posted. Had to ask taxi driver to call someone. Property is managed by a business during certain hours. The 'Royal Suite' accommodated our family of four nicely. Beds comfortable, tiny kitchenette with office-size fridge, but only a tub with a hand-held shower head (couldn't stand up because of slanted ceiling). No windows for viewing outside, only skylights which allowed light to emit. The towels provided were a mis-match of hand towels and worn-out bath towels (two). Breakfast consisted of a nice assortment of fruit, 'packaged' sweetbread, yoguart, and dry cereal, but never provided milk.

Esta lindo el lugar pero tengan en cuenta que no hacen limpieza diaria y no vale la pena comprar el desayuno ya que es solo café y pan y no es ahi donde te lo dan.

Key had to be picked up around 10 minutes away from the appartment. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay. There was no soap/shower gel. On one day some work was done on the door to our room. It was left wide open until we returned despite other people (strangers) being in the appartment. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Breakfast not served even thought paid!

Not recommend! Breakfast was included in the price but not served. Hotel admit that breakfast was not available according to the contract but did not want to compensate anything in the price! Very bad customer service at the hotel.
