Great location to know Roma by walk and transportation. The street and front look dismal, but inside is cozy, clean and quiet. Highly recommended for short visit.

Stayed in #1. Easy check in, Perfect location and perfect place for 2! Stayed here as two women and felt safe. Building is pretty quiet. Didn't see many people in the 5 days we were there. Quite literally across the street from Termini, so easy transportation to/from airport. I will say, it was a bit noisy due to the window (sirens at times, street cleaners or just noisy passerby's) but I think you'd have that issue anywhere you stayed. Would stay again! Definitely recommend for solo travelers and people traveling in pairs. Close to a ton of shops as well! Highly recommend Sapori e Delizie (best pizza nearby). I also recommend Terra gelato (around 6 min walk).

Communication with the staff was great even weeks before my trip. Location is excellent. Room was lean on arrival and every day I returned to my room. Having no reception was no problem and getting into the building and room was easy. Would definitely return and recommend Vespahouse.

Very modern room upgrades-no noise problems-and good maid service. Only difficulty was the check-in procedures requiring 3 doors to be entered through a code process. I am sure the owners are working on better solutions as they were attentive to our needs.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The property manager and owner were very accomodating and made the process of getting into the very secure building, very easy. I would stay here again and recommend it for people who are using the trains.

Antonella was an amazing host, and was very proactive and responsive to any questions or requests. Super close to the Rome Train Terminal, taxis and metro, so you can get anywhere easily. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend Vespahouse

Good stay at a nicely maintained and clean room, less than a block from Roma Termini. Double glazed windows excluded any noise from the street, clean and well maintained room and bathroom. Multiple towels of good size and condition were provided for each guest; shower was spacious and clean with lots of pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows were provided and the bed was a good size even for 2 Canadians of generous proportions. I would certainly stay there again. Excellent value for money.

An excellent place to stay in Rome. I was just there overnight before catching a flight home to Canada. I arrived by high-speed train from Naples and it was literally a one-minute walk from Roma Termini. Next day I walked back to Roma Termini and took the train to Rome Airport (FCO). The day I arrived I wandered over to the Coliseum..25 minutes walk or less.

The location is great, a short walk to Roma Termini which is what we needed. It’s close to city center and most Rome’s major attractions. The hosts are very attentive and caring (helped us with the Vikey multiple times as my ph’s internet service was slow) Apartment was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

The room is superbly well situated for travelers in transit. It is right next to theTermini train station with easy transit to the airport. There are several luggage drop-offs in the area so you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in. However, there is no front desk and the check-in is an automated process which is a bit complicated. Getting into the building and opening the inside doors is also an automated process that was not ideal (you have to pull the door before you push it, otherwise it doesn't open... works fine once you know the trick but how are you to know?) Then, the batteries to the lock on our room door died. We had to call someone who fortunately came withing 30 minutes to come and let us in and change the batteries. The room was clean and comfortable. We would probably stay there again.
