We loved staying here! It was our first time in Europe and Italy, and it felt like we were staying in the heart of Rome. Everything was walkable, and we felt very safe. Even the locals said we’re staying in an amazing spot. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small and the shower flooded, but we would stay here again if we were to come back!

PROS: Location was excellent and access to the outdoor terrace was a nice perk. CONS: The small room was worn and in need of refurbishment. Property does not have round-the-clock concierge, so make sure you let them know of any changes in arrival plans to prevent being locked-out. More communication from property regarding check-in procedures would have been helpful. Beware of being asked to pay the tourist tax in cash - cash payment tends to be more than the city-imposed tax rate. Insist on credit card payment and you will likely pay the “correct” amount (as this fee must be declared and in line with government regulations).
