A little bit hard to find initially but worth the search. It’s not your typical Marriot or Hilton. If you want something like that look elsewhere, but if you want authentic Italian this place is for you! Can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating Cristina was to us. Great location close to most touristy places. We rented a Vespa from nearby by Roma rentals (highly recommended also) and could get just about anywhere in the city in 10-15 mins.

So glad we chose to stay here for our honeymoon. The host Christina was so kind and lovely. Fresh pastries every morning and airport transfer organised to make our trip so much easier. A great location with restaurants/bars/shops on our doorstep and landmarks a short walk away. Would 100% stay again!

Everything was wonderful and I absolutely recommend! The only downfall is that even though there is an elevator, one still needs to go up a few flights of stairs which was annoying with our luggage. The pickup from the airport was wonderful, definitely recommend it! The street where the building is on is not vehicle-friendly so taking a taxi or uber requires a little bit of a walk on cobblestone. The area is lovely, very well centered and walking distance to many of the sites such as Vatican City, Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Cristina is a gem!

Prime location property in the heart of city center. The host is super friendly and helpful. She made our stay easy and definitely went out of her way to help us and treated us to a complimentary treat! Only thing the property is on the second floor. The elevator is on the first so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to the elevator. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind

Host was very sweet and responsive and offered a lot of good information for first time visitors. The location was perfect for our first visit to Rome. It was quiet at night, walkable to all the major historical sites . There are a lot of good restaurants conveniently located nearby. As others have mentioned, the lift is small, but adds to the charm of the historic building and it worked well for us.

The hotel and staff were lovely. We had a comfortable clean large room with a nice private bathroom. The staff was very helpful, welcoming, professional. The service was excellent and it was very thoughtful to have cornette delivered each morning. The building was right next to the Campo di Fiori, a delightful location and very convenient to sites. It was charming to stay within a residential property. However, the building itself was not as clean as the hotel, and there were many stairs which would make this hotel less accessible to some individuals.

Stayed here in March of 2025 and it was a fun stop. This set of rooms is nestled in a historic section that is perfectly centered to access some of the most iconic sites and it’s just 8 -10 minutes to the tram that connects to the train line from FCO to the Termini station. The room is high above the street level. There’s a set of stairs as you enter, but then there’s a lift that will take you the rest of the way up. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the room condition is excellent. It’s a very nice size room with a very high ceiling and nicely chosen furniture. The windows open fully for fresh air. One thing to note is that even though you’re well above the street level, it’s busy very late into the night. We received very clear instructions for check-in and were treated very kindly. Fresh croissants in the morning. Lots of food and coffee options close by. After check-out, we were able to leave our bags there until we were ready to leave so this made it more comfortable for exploring. We’d book here again.

Shops are around, the market is just nearby, friendly and responsible staff, clean spacious bathroom (soap and body&hair soap provided). They had a good hair dryer. I personally liked the bed as well. We didn't order breakfast, but complimentary croissants were provided! I loved it here. Just below is FYI: The place is not too close to public transportation (but less than 10 minutes away) and the roads are paved. So, if you have big suitcases and don't want to carry them, I recommend taking a taxi. The building has a small elevator, but you need to go up the stairs to the first floor to access it.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable and the hosts are responsive and helpful. Biggest issue is that the walls are thin, so if you have a neighbor, there can be noise earlier in the evening. People were generally respectful late at night to keep the noise down.

This place was fantastic, once you have found it and figured out how to get in. The rooms are huge and clean. The location is incredible... right near Campo di Fiore. So many dining options, lively piazza at night and beautiful food, flowers and gift market in the morning. We walked to all the major sites from this location. Now that i know where it is, i would stay again. Warning... there are a good flight of stairs you have to go up before you reach the tiny elevator. Two people with luggage cannot fit in the elevator and dragging heavy luggage up that first flight of stairs was tough. I highly recommended unless you have mobility issues.
