Good hotel by the train station.

We booked a suite as we needed a room that could accommodate a family of four. The room was very spacious for a Roman hotel - the master bed was much larger than I had expected. The only thing I did not like about the room was the shower. They have a combined bath/shower which we found very difficult to use as the bath was high and glass screen was large so it made it difficult to get in/out of. The bath has an incline and there is no grip so it made it difficult for the kids to use. I don’t know how elderly people would be able to use it. The hotel is situated close to the train station which was convenient for us as we arrived by train. The service was mixed, in the restaurant we tried to get a table for eight and were told there wasn’t any room even though we could see free tables. We left and found a restaurant around the corner. While we were waiting for the restaurant to arrange the tables for us, a waiter from the hotel restaurant had left the restaurant to find us and convince us to return to the restaurant but we informed him that we would be dining at the restaurant that had made the effort to accommodate us. Overall I would say at this hotel again but would probably not dine at the restaurant.

The hotel was situated so close to the Metro and train station making it so easy to get to where we wanted to go. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. We’d definitely recommend it to others and we would stay there again.

It was an amazing hotel, beautiful and clean, but being from America we love our A/C. It worked until 1 o’clock at night where it shut down until 7 AM in the morning where It would kicked back on. Not good
