Staff were incredibly friendly, almost all tourist attractions are within a 25 minute walk. I travelled solos and it’s a great spot to explore Rome from.

The location of this hotel was excellent, the room itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming however for the price we paid, we expected something a bit more high-end; so for us, it wasn’t good value for money. The communal areas and bars within the hotel didn’t live up to the photos and the room layout was a little strange in the sense that the shower was separate from the bathroom which made getting ready a bit inconvenient. Our airline cancelled our original flight which meant we lost out on the first night’s accommodation. Completely respect the hotel’s cancellation policy in that we were not entitled to a refund for this night, however we thought the hotel might at least offer one free drink/coffee each as a courtesy, they didn’t offer anything.

We had such a great time staying at Hotel Chapter Roma! The staff were absolute rockstars, super helpful and lightning-fast with their responses. The location was perfect for wandering around the city and soaking up all the vibes. Plus, their restaurant recommendations were spot on! The only tiny hiccup was the building itself since it’s a charming old heritage spot and the soundproofing between rooms and floors wasn’t quite perfect. But no worries! I asked to switch rooms and the front desk team jumped on it immediately, hooking me up with a much better room. Big thanks to them for that! All in all, I would totally recommend this place to my friends and can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip. Chapter Roma, you rock! 🎉

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I was impressed by the comfort of the room and it was a very walkable location to the colosseum and lots of transit options close by for other sights if you aren’t a big walker. I would definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel overall. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and make you feel welcome. The room had great A/C and was spacious. Within walking distance of almost all the main attractions. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we visit Rome in the future.

Enjoyed my stay at Chapter Roma very much! It was a very modern, clean, and trendy space. Booked the solo room and thought it was very spacious. The room and hotel were very clean, the staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the rooftop bar! Felt very safe as a solo traveler as well thanks to the 24hr concierge service! Would definitely stay here again!

Comfort and Style in the Heart of Rome We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely hotel in Rome. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate area featuring a stylish bar cart and a cozy trundle bed for our daughter—perfect for families. While a bit more closet space would have been ideal, the overall comfort and design made up for it. The shower felt luxurious, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the historic Jewish Quarter and many other key sights. A great blend of convenience, comfort, and Roman charm.
