Staff are lovely. There’s no 24hr reception or restaurant/bar so it’s more of a guest house than a hotel, but the room was lovely and clean and well appointed. It’s on the 2nd floor so you have to put in a code then either take the stairs or a small lift. Once inside it’s fairly peaceful, you can only hear the sirens, not much of the traffic. Very comfy beds and a great night’s sleep. Very well managed and looked after

The staff was excellent and our room was very clean. When I booked the reservation I was certain I booked the breakfast too but they said I didn't. The other two issues were no wash cloths and the bed was extremely hard.

We were put in a strange room that didn't look majestic like the pictures. We had to enter through a shared living room to a private bedroom that looked like more like a converted apartment. The room was spacious and clean but certainly odd. The biggest reason we opted for a hotel instead of renting something privately is we were hoping for a front desk to guide us each day with information as we had never been to Italy before. The desk never seemed to be open. The place was very nice overall but it was just not what we had expected.

The jetted tub was a great addition to the end of our Europe trip! The room felt fancy and romantic and was a perfect fit. We loved the multi colored lights in the shower and over the tub. The fridge wasn’t very cold, but we came to expect this overseas. The hotel is in an alley with cobblestone through the main entry… it seems strange… but then you remember that you’re in Rome and everything is old. The hotel is a walk away from ruins and all the main sites.

This is a great area, clean room with nice staff and amenities. You can walk anywhere easily from this location and there’s no need for other forms of transport. The building kept our noise and the bed was very comfortable, when we return to Rome in the future we will definitely be coming back here!

Whilst not a hotel the staff were super responsive via whatsapp whenever we had a query, and also very helpful. The room was quirky and we quite liked the fact it was not a standard boring hotel room!

Staff are the best, great location, walkable, and felt safe. Rooms are big, clean, bathroom is spacious and modern. It has an elevator which is really convenient for taking your heavy luggage. Enjoyed my stay!
