We stayed overnight as family of three for few hours transit trip through Rome. We arrived late. Hotel's own reception was closed. However, check-in was very easy through next door hotel's reception(same building). There was a lift, which was very small(one person and two luggage) but functionally ok. Room was clean and comfortable. AC function was ok. No bedside plug point. We didn't take breakfast. We were allowed to leave our five luggage for few hours after check out to spend frew hours for sightseeing (very grateful for that).

Paid for several nights and was given a room that didn’t have a working toilet. Was provided another room that was not accommodating to my needs. Told I would get a refund if I checked out by 11 but was denied the refund after checking out. Front desk staff was not useful or friendly. Do not stay here as they will not make things right if there are issues.

Great location near the Rome train station. We were at the hotel very early, and the person at the front desk treated us well. He was so kind and friendly and the person at the checkout was very helpful. Our room was fairly clean but located in front of the breakfast area and people were opening and closing doors, making a huge noise. Washroom shower stall was not closing properly and the water was leaking, making the floor wet. Overall, we had a good stay. Thank you so much.

Clean room very close to Termini in Rome. Booked here because of proximity to Rome Termini. There was AC which was not made clear to us but once found it was very efficient. Area is a bit sketchy as most areas around train stations are but enjoyed my stay there. Would book again.

From the front this is a tiny hole in the wall but the staff was very nice and so was the room. You could see the train station from the street outside and there was an amazing cafe on the corner. I was happy.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable with many pillows. There was a heat pump for heat and a/c and there was an armoire for clothes. The bathroom had toilet, bidet, sink and good sized shower. Blackout window coverings were perfect. SMALL elevator but wide stairs available. Included breakfast had pastries, toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, juices, coffee machine for many different hot drinks… Delicious and perfect!! Best part of the stay was the two front desk gentlemen; they were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable! Hotel is really only steps from the main train station, Rimini. Perfect location.

This hotel was located on the perfect spot for our trip, extremely close to the train station, taxi cabs located just down the street, an amazing cafe on the corner about 4 doors down from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants steps away with amazing food. Was able to easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The room itself was a little smaller than a typical American hotel room, but there was still plenty of space to move about. They do provide an hair dryer in the bathroom, but I would recommend bringing your own as it worked ok. Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a patio that we could open the doors to and kept them open during the evenings as well. It can be a little noisy outside late in the evening, so if you’re a light sleeper you’d want to keep the patio doors closed. There is a very small elevator you could use to go to the floor your room is on. My husband and I fit fine in it with our two bags, but if you’re a larger person or a large group with lots of luggage you’ll have to make multiple trips using the elevator. The staff is very friendly and gave good recommendations. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotels office when we checked out so we could explore some more before our train later in the afternoon. There was no charge for baggage storage. We would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Rome.

The staff were good but sadly there were many things that made the stay unpleasant 1. The AC wasnt working and Rome in August is a heat show so we struggled every night trying to sleep 2. There were ants ants and bugs on the floor 3. There were clothes in the room when we checked in, most probably from the people before us but it indicates no proper cleaning happened 4. The bed and pillows are so harsh on the body, after spending an entire day going around you want to recharge for the day after, i felt more sore and tired sleeping on the bed & pillow.
