The breakfast offerings were great. Both hot and cold dishes, meats, fruit, assortment of pasteries. Something for everone. The hotel is very close to the train station for thise who are traveling. Quiet hotel and pleasant neighborhood. Families, tourists, small shops. Felt safe. Room decor is a bit dated and tired, but you're not in your room much! Large bathroom. One sink. Shower/bathtub combination which can be a bit tricky for someone with mobility issues. Heated bathroom floor! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Offered us cold bottled water when we arrived to stow our luggage as it was far too early to check in. Great location for us and walkable to where we needed to go. Loved the patio option for morning coffee after breakfast and evenings before bed. The room was fine. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and reasonably comfortable.

We arrived early and the hotel happily stored our bags until our room was ready. Upon check-in you are given a complimentary coupon for a glass of wine on the rooftop patio. The area is right by the termini station which was very convenient and still 1/2 hour walking distance to many sights. We did have issues with trying to get the a/c to work, change the language of the tv to English and enjoy a good shower, water pressure not very good. Upon check out had planned to express these problems, but was basically brushed away by the woman at the front desk. Yes, we probably should have informed the front desk of these little pr

The first room had a cockroach in it. They moved us to another floor, but the room was old and the ac wasn't working well and the filter must not have been changed for months or years. Would not recommend
