This is an excellent place to stay due to location, super helpful staff and delicious breakfast. The bed was not very soft but after long days of walking it was just fine. Room was comfortable. If I am lucky enough to return to Rome I will stay here again. Days stayed-6

Great breakfast and excellent personalized service. This was a really welcoming environment. The hotel is a short walk to the train and has a couple of good restaurants a few doors down.

Excellent.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. One lady who answered the phone on reception guided us into the street, road by road to help us avoid the ZTL. All staff were then extremely friendly and helpful and made you feel very heard and taken care of. We mentioned it was my husbands birthday and they're was a bottle of fizz waiting for us when we got in on that evening. The hotel is walkable distance from most sites and there are lovely restaurants close by. We could not recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you for the experience.

Hotel Columbia was in a very handy for the city centre the staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and I loved the roof terrace when we come back to Rome we will be booking this hotel again thanks for having us.

The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and close to Termini station. The decor/furniture is fairly old so don't expect a modern hotel. Some things were "OK" like the shower head which didn't adjust as it should and was like standing under a hose. Things like that seem fairly typical in Italian hotels though.

Hotel Columbia is in a great location in central Rome. We walked everywhere & especially enjoyed being able to get to the train station in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious, rooftop terrace was lovely, & staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We hope to return soon.

Was an excellent location for many attractions, within walking distance to most! The staff was very friendly and always very helpful with recommendations for dining or to help get a taxi or stowing luggage! Breakfast was included and was a great way to start your day! I would highly recommend!

Hotel Columbia has super friendly, helpful staff and a perfect location near many restaurants, transportation and sits in the heart of activity a short walk from Roma Termini. Authentic old world Roman feel. Small room. Some noise. Dated, and could use upgrades. Enjoy eating at Nerone next door for delicious food, lively servers and fun atmosphere. Happily held our luggage when we had to switch locations due to unavailability for all of our stay in Rome. Would consider booking here again on a budget in high season.
