Lovely hotel in an incredible location for exploring Rome. Walkable to most major attractions. Rooms are clean and well appointed, with a little bit of character incorporated into the design, which makes them charming. The room was clean and comfortable, with great AC - perfect for a very hot weekend in Rome. Front desk staff were always kind and willing to help with any question or request. We would absolutely stay again.

They gave us a super small room first. Then we complained and they reluctantly gave us room that was bigger room. The actual property and rooms don’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. We were sort of shocked when we stepped into the hotel first.

The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They were very helpful and even allow us to keep our bags there after we checked out for a while. The bed was mediocre, not bad. Breakfast was the typical European hotel buffet, the fresh warm croissants were a highlight. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the Vatican, the pantheon, and the Trevi fountain. Overall, it was a pretty good place for pretty fair price

Hotel Navona in Rome

The Hotel Navona was very comfortable. Room was small but we were only there to sleep. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful with directions and information about our hotel. The location was walking distance to everything we were interested in visiting. The courtyard could have been landscaped. Bit of an eyesore when arriving. Bathroom sink was small, therefore water went everywhere. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room daily, and leaving clean towels. No wash cloths were available. Bit of a problem. It would also be nice to have water available and tissues. Overall it met our expectations.
