The location is excellent. The room was a good size by European standards, and a comfortable bed. The biggest negative was the noise from outside. It does not stop almost all night.

The property was clean and in the perfect location to get around to different destinations in Rome! Alessandro was great with making sure we had everything we needed! Only downside, We did have to pay $200 extra to add a guest to our reservation and they just added a cart to an already small room. For a 3 day stay and what we paid plus the extra $200 we should have gotten a bigger room! Overpriced for sure!

Clean and nice hotel priced well for it's location. Alessandro was kind, friendly and helpful! Rooms are nice and updated however ask for an interior room if you don't want to be woken up early with the street noise as the windows are not sound proof. NO main lobby or restaurant with breakfast if that is what you are looking for but walking distance from the Spanish Steps and lot's of restaurants in the area. The elevator and air conditioning worked well. Great location!

You can’t go wrong staying here

This is a beautiful place to stay. Andrea and Rosey made my stay perfect. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The views on the way to town is amazing. While normal for the area, there are a lot of stairs. Just putting this in here for people like me who aren’t prepared for it. Taxis to and from town were 30-40 euros.

Unfortunately there was hair on the bathroom floor. The room was also incredibly loud. We had to sleep with AirPods and earplugs for 2 nights. Not ideal.

Good location at the top if the Spanish steps. When you arrive you have to buzz in. This is typical in many of these small stay around Italy. I was not aware and was able to reach the host very easily.

In the heart of Rome right next to the Spanish Steps. Gorgeous, spacious room with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. Our room was facing the street so we did hear cars as well as people talking but it didn’t bother us. Alessandro and his staff are very professional and accommodating to all our needs. The area is safe with luxury shopping and highly rated restaurants. Walkable to many attractions. I will definitely stay again. Grazie Mille!

Wonderful

Alessandro and the staff were amazing. They were very warm and welcoming. The location is outstanding, the best views in the city for sunset right outside of the door. The room was clean and updated. We really enjoyed making our own espresso in the mornings. Thank you again!

Not a great time

Unfortunately had a flight delay which meant we had to do self check in… which required calling staff for access to the building. Spent over 2 hours and a dozen calls for them to answer to check in, awful start after a long flight. The room itself was great, some issues with the shower not draining properly but otherwise was clean and well kept. The views were lovely, and it’s in a great location The noise from outside not so much, there was no relief from trucks going by and doing garbage/bottle removal for nearby restaurants. Maybe got 3-4 hours of good sleep a night as the trucks came at all hours If location is the main point, this is a great hotel. Otherwise there is definitely better options

This is a beautiful, very central property in a safe building. Pretty much every major attraction is in easy walking distance. Rooms are like mini apartments, very large with all facilities you’d need, totally recommend!
