Staff were excellent especially Mary who helped us on arrival and Isabelle who help us checking out. Both were extremely helpful, approachable and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay extremely memorable. The room was inviting, clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was perfect to walk around old Quebec City. We would totally recommend this hotel and we will definitely visit again.

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location for old Québec city, the room was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the bath plug didn't stay down and there was no kettle to make tea, there was a nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, a nice buffet style, I would recommend the hotel.

Property was very well situated. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always the same during our night stay but had a decent range of food and was good value at $14. Had to park our car in local underground parking but there were numerous nearby (few minutes walk) options and except for Friday night (during the summer festival) there was always space.

Very charming hotel right in the heart of Old Quebec. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and given helpful info about the hotel and the facilities. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a city view. We were able to walk to dining, shopping, tourist activities, and great people watching spots. Having never been to France, I was treated to a world that transported me to the closest version in North America, Well worth the time for a visit.
