During our check in I had to come back to the front desk twice, once because the key didn’t work and when the key did work the next time, the room was already occupied by someone else. I’m glad we didn’t walk into someone. I was shocked by how it was managed. Our rooms were barely cleaned, washrooms and towels were untouched. The only thing good was the location.

Renovated hotel. Bathroom needs an upgrade to match old shower and broken toilet. No one came hours later to fix it so i did it myself.

The area the hotel is in is nice, but the room I was in showed its age. The wall paper was peeling in some places, the bathtub had rust in it. The corners in the bathroom had caked dust in them from water and not being cleaned properly. They don't have baby cribs, only parks.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Service Unfortunately, this hotel has seen better days. The carpets were in terrible condition, the air conditioning barely worked, and there was visible humidity on the windows. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. Staff were generally unhelpful, and long queues were common, likely due to hiring mostly students for the summer. The location is convenient and close to a good restaurant, but that’s one of the few positives. The parking situation was also a mess. This might have once been a great hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state.

It is a well known bid hotel in Quebec city. Large bedroom with amazing view. Beds are comfortable, too. Restaurant on the top of the building is a must visit place.

Good view Horrible cleaniess. Narrow parking underground with additional $25 per day. Bathtub clogged, not repaired and no room swapping. Takes 30mins to outlet bathtub. Toilet has to flush 3 or 4 times to get flush cleanlu. AC is not adjustable or no remote. Worth for location not worth for Facilities for this price.
