We drove 6.5 hrs to stay at L’hotel from June 3-June 6th 2025 for our daughter’s 2nd birthday (June 4) the construction outside was a little inconvenient but not the Hôtels fault. We were upset that the splash pad part of the hotel was down for maintenance our entire stay. This was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel due to the splash pad being toddler based, so that was a little upsetting to find out after we had already arrived to the hotel. Our 2nd night there, we enjoyed the pool and my daughter + husband enjoyed the hot tub. On our last night there, my husband and daughter were rejected from the hot tub + the lifeguard said that she needed to be a certain height- even though she was in it the night before. So I do think the lifeguards need to get on the same page and have the same rules applied. My daughter really enjoyed the sand room that was opened our last night. Overall, we had a great visit minus the couple setbacks and we were able to enjoy our time! We would definitely visit again! :)

Your rooms are in very nice condition and are very clean. However, the rest of the hotel is not you need to take the level of cleanliness in your rooms and put that in the rest of the property then you’ll have a decent hotel otherwise it’s just a place with clean rooms and everything else is as dirty as you can imagine.

Très bon service de la part de tout le personnel. La chambre était ok mais le lit et le cadre n'était pas bien placé (tout croche), les infos pour la cafetière sont a 6pi dans les airs (sur le dessus du coffre fort) et les fenêtres n'isole pas le son donc on entend les enfants hurler jusqu'à la fermeture de la piscine et même plus tard. On entend même pas les chansonniers tellement ça crie fort. Pour le reste la nourriture et le service au resto sont excellent. Peut être mettre un code d'éthique sur le port du maillot a l'hôtel, ya une maman hier elle était presque nue tellement son maillot était petit et c'était voulu elle fesais son show était en boisson c'est un hôtel familial pas un beach club quand même 😅
