We chose the hotel due to the pool area which was fine. There are a lot of areas of the hotel that are worn down and in disrepair. Specifically the elevators, the hallway carpets, the arcade and play area for kids downstairs. At almost $400 a night I was a bit surprised and didn’t think that reflected the price point.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. There were a couple of issues with our room upon checki-in such as Bathroom sink had a broken drain that needed repair immediately. And the bracket holding the window blinds fell off the wall. Issues were attended to and service overall was fine and staff friendly. Swimming pool had live entertainment and play zone/splash pad area for little kids. The hotel primarily caters to families with very young children so expect lots of them running around. Lots of free parking which is good and a major shopping mall conveniently nearby but the property itself is next to a construction zone with closed off roads so you'll need to take detours.

The staff was helpful and friendly, our room had mold in the bathroom. the hotel was very busy and lots of children enjoying their stay, the bouncy castles were unplugged pretty early and the pool was very crowded. Great placefor kids not so relaxing for adults.. kids had a blast. Some of the decor was worn and could use an upgrade. Rooms were dated there were no usb chaging ports (luckily i had a cube) the lights in the room did not work, they flickered off and on like a strobe light. Also the boucy castles were unplugged early and the pool bar as well. We stayed the Sunday night of a long weeekend.

This is a very family friendly hotel. We stayed in a suite with 3 Queen beds which was convenient for our family. There are a lot of amenities for young children. The pool area was quite busy and crowded. The staff were friendly and the restaurant on site was decent. Would have loved if there was a coffee shop on site. There is construction in front of the hotel at the moment which slightly impacts access but there are easy to follow detour signs. Overall, our stay was ok. The hotel is a little tired. I would recommend it to families that want kid friendly activities and are ok with a busy environment.

This was such a great place to take your family. The staff was great and there was so much for the kids to do. They generally went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The one tiny complaint would be that the couple of times we ate in our room and required ketchup the restaurant staff made a going walk about charging for each packet of ketchup. The assistant Manager of the hotel was very apologetic and did her best but it seemed so strange to me. I know to bring a bottle of ketchup with us next time 😛 But overall a great experience.
