Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Cleanliness is not up to standard, especially in the bathroom. It’s our first day here, and already close to midnight, but it’s impossible to sleep — neighbors are making loud noises, banging on something metallic, and every step from the room above is clearly heard. The sound insulation is very poor, as we could even hear a baby crying for a long time in another room. Sadly, the lack of cleanliness and extremely poor soundproofing made our stay uncomfortable

The breakfast was bad. Room service and cleanliness were very bad. The room was not arranged on the second day and they did not renew the coffee and tea in the room. I told them about all of this and I did not receive a response from the staff.

Good value for money. Property was clean and had very good amenities. Breakfast was included. It was ok and the buffet had hot food and cold food that was basic. After 2 days of the same selection of foods it became quite tiring of eating rubbery scrambled eggs and greasy breakfast sausages. Otherwise it was fine.
