Clean clean clean!

Hotel was so clean and staffs were very friendly! I love the chocolates and apples that they provided. I definitely want to come back here to stay when I visit Quebec City. Also the location was perfect.

Small but perfect.

Basic hotel. Small but efficient room. Bathroom was fine. Clean. Maid service each day. Front desk clerk was friendly. No breakfast, no elevator. We spent most of our time walking the city.

위치!위치! 핫스팟 장소는 전부 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 호텔방은 말이 필요없을 만큼 깨끗하고 편안했음. 직원들도 친절하고, 정말 즐거운 휴가를 보낼 수 있었음. 체크인 시 예약한 방에 문제가 생겨 1시간정도 늦게 체크인 하였는데 호텔 측에서 정중하게 사과하고 와인 한 병과 호텔비 할인해주어서 전혀 불만 없었어요. 정말 강력 추천!!!

Our room was lovely - newly renovated with exposed rock and brick walls. Front end staff was responsive and welcoming and available. Nespresso coffee in room and lobby were a nice touch. Would definitely stay at Hotel Acadia again.

Hotel was nicely renovated. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor which provided good light and view but not suitable for many people as there is no elevator. Parking for a fee is provided in an area behind the hotel but the entrance is a very narrow old carriage tunnel. My suv barely went thru.

Nice room and clean however very small for the price. Bathroom is tiny. Parking is terrible little tiny area to drive through to park which cost $25 per night...actually they should pay u to park there. A suggestion would be to put some bottled water in each room the water from the hotel nachine was terrible even the staff agreed. Upside is the location to all the festivities and the staff were excellent

Charming hotel

Great location, sparkling clean, and charming. Be aware there is no elevator, for may have to climb stairs with luggage. The only suggestions I have for the room pertain to the bathroom. Could use a shelf in the shower, a toilet seat cover to put clothes while in the shower, and a hook or two to hang things.
