Had a wonderful stay here. The room were spacious and clean. Location is very close to other attractions in old Quebec. Very happy with our stay at Manoir Victoria. The dinner at Boulay was top notch.

The Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Could not purchase coffee fm the Restaurant. Coffee was available at the entrance but not associated with The Hotel and was not good.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Old Quebec and very walkable. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only issue I had was that there are a lot of stairs to get into the hotel which was not mentioned anywhere. Thankfully there is someone that takes your luggage up for you because otherwise it would have been impossible for us to get our luggage into our room.

Choose this place!

I loved this hotel and everyone we came into contact with who worked there. The gentleman who checked us in was a lot of fun and very informative, and everyone else we spoke to was just lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. My daughter and I shared a 2 queen room, very nice and quiet. Location is great for walking to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.

Very good but need to use valey park ($), which is fine but if we would need to take something in the car after that, it is a bit of inconvenience. We got what we needed and the staff was friendly.
