La chambre est tres désuète. Beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Sur le plancher bien en vue une paire de boucles d’oreille, une bouteille d’eau à moitié vide sous la table de chevet, et de la terre sur le coté du lit. Le ménage n’a surement pas été fait. A là réception à notre arrivée c’est a peine si on nous as regardé, elle nous donne notre carte et nous dit 7 étages les ascenseurs sont au fond. La carte fonctionne pas, mon conjoint redescend a la réception et remonte on etais au premier plancer finalement. La chambre etais de qualité motel au US a 69$ . On a demandé à etre deplacé ailleurs. Une autre jeune fille tres gentille cette fois nous as redonné une chambre au 9 etage. Mais avec les problèmes décrit en haut. Une rénovation de cet hôtel est fortement recommandé

Was not happy with area . Restaurant had limited food to pick for dinner. Ask for cream/milk at front desk for my coffee in my room staff stated didn’t have any..only gave us two coffee pods for two of us for two nights. No water for pot had to go purchase bottled water. Overall didn’t like it at all…hopefully Expedia can reimburse use somewhat. Also description states 9 minutes from old Quebec City and it’s was like 27 minutes drive…

Lobby is nice but as we approached elevators there was a very bad smell of who knows what. The rooms have been recently renovated but the workmanship was shoddy. Paint missing behind sink - just little things like that that lowers the rating. Front staff were exceptional but I won’t be staying there again.
