The hotel is beautiful and very close to everything in old québec. It is an aparthotel so the reception is virtual. We saw cleaning staff daily and the reception was extremely responsive via text. As always, lovely stay. Clean and comfortable, and the location cannot be beat! I miss the old days, when there was a concierge and breakfast served, but the staff member we did interact with was lovely and helpful. I didn’t mind walking to Smith for coffee and pastries.

Parking only has 5 places or else the nearest parking is 25$ a night. Very close to the city life, very clean, very cosy. However old building therefor thin walls ( not sound proof) so you can easily hear the city life and the shower sometimes makes a very loud sound while heating up.
