Bathroom needs major upgrading - no where to place items in the bathroom and mould around the tiles.
Great idea to have guests ask for items e.g. body lotion and showercap so not too much wastage for the hotel.
Location was really good.

Room was clean and all amenities available. Rooms were serviced daily and was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. As well this hotel sits in a prime location and is a great base to Darling Harbour as well as bus, trains and trams. Was a great spot to stay with my young daughter. The added benefit of a pool on site was great and allowed us to have some downtime without having to brave the heat. All up really enjoyed my stay. Was good value for money.

Novotel Wollongong Northbeach: Family-friendly hotel with an outdoor pool and 4 bars/lounges. Located on the beach.
Breeze was cool most days so opening the balcony doors was sufficient to cool the room. Great views. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner meal we had at the hotel was average, but there are several restaurants close by. Lots of families with young children, but our room was quiet.
