My family and I stayed in this apartment for a week and were unfortunately quite disappointed with its condition. The apartment was not clean on arrival. There was dust hanging off the walls and visible on tables, the tables in the living room had crumbs when we arrived, the fridge had not been cleaned and had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bed linen had marks and an odd odour. My family and I had to buy additional cleaning products to clean parts of the apartment. The washing machine also had mould, and when we attempted to use it, we were unable to open the door for two days despite trying multiple methods.We requested additional linen from Lifestyle, and while it was provided, it unfortunately contained mould spores, making it unusable.Initially, Lifestyle were accommodating and responsive; however, toward the end of our stay they stopped responding to our concerns, which was very disappointing.The location and view are lovely, but unfortunately this did not make up for staying in an apartment that was not clean or well maintained.
