First, I want to start with our arrival. Fernanda was amazing and very accommodating. We didn't have any issues in our conversations although we do not speak Spanish. All the receptionists speak English( we didn't experience it in other resorts in the past).The rooms were perfect, clean, AC worked great. Manuel took great care of us. Our fridge was full, we had enough towels and enough water. Food was amazing. Buffet had so many options with the entree of the day. A la carte restaurants were good. We preffered the Steak house over the Italian, but it is our preference. During the day the Aqua Fitness was great. A lot of options for the drinks at the Bars. You can go to the Mall it is 5 minutes distance. The beach is not too far away. The transportation is available all the time every 5 min. If you want to walk it is 5-7 minutes from the Reception. Every night there was a different show so everyone can have fun.All in all, great experience. We highly recommend Riu Tequila and will be back for sure.
