I was not expecting having to pay a rent fee and deposit for my towel. Which would have not be a problem as long as it was mentioned before booking. Employees had an attitude when I asked basics about the property, giving me very short to no answers. It was like I was supposed to know the place and how things work around there. Air conditioning was not working properly in the shared room (I complained about it and they were like... it works fine.😂😂😂) so I decided to upgrade to a private room. In this new room the top bed sheet was not changed, there were what it seemed like food stains. When I asked the lady in charge about it, she said everything was changed and clean.

Highly disappointed with the service!

I had ask to extend my stay and I was told that no beds were available. I notice that there were 4 other beds that were avaible, so I went to hotels.com to book a reservation for another night. I was able to and still was denied to extend. I ask what was the reason. The lady at the front desk could not give me an answer. I asked to speak with the manager and then another man went down the street to call the police once I stated I was going to give a bad review on Hotels.com, Google and Facebook. I was asked to leave once the police arrived 5 hours before checkout without a refund. Highly disappointed with the service.

Always a pleasure to stay at Sayab. I'm bias as I'm a repeat customer. + Great location. + Great and unique pool experience. + Friendly staff. - Rooms do not offer full size lockers.

Room was not air-conditioned and considering 8 beds in one room was very stuffy and smelly. The staff assisting and almost all guests were Argentinians so pretty much felt like was an outsider but was fine with me as I minded my own business. Otherwise the bathrooms were clean. There is a pool, which is cool. Very loud at nights but if you don't mind this would be for you. Maybe would return.

Awesome staff, clean beautiful location.

Great location and super clean. Loved the pool. They played a soccer game from a projector above the pool. We stayed in a private room with a huge balcony. Everyone was beyond nice. As with most hostels, don't expect to sleep before 1 or 2am but that didn't bother us. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hostel

The infrastructure is great: amazing garden area with an amazing pool and great rooms and bathrooms, but the service is ok, in particular the reception. he's not really interested in his job and tried to keep some extra pesos if you forget to claim the deposit. the rest of the staff do a better job. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms as clean as well and have great hot water, the kitchen is small but it's everything you need.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación,la atención del personal . Un lugar con experiencia única Creo que pueden mejorar mucho más en donde se preparan los alimentos y recomiendo si hubiera en cada baño un limpiapisos,para secar cada ves que uno se baña. Me la pasé muy bien .recomiendo el hostal .
