It was excellent, clean, staff great, excellent layout of the property, nicer beach than expected. The only complaint really if I had: the Italian resto the food wasn’t great and because it’s so big different staff members are around but they send you to many differents desks/or people to see if you have questions or problems. Not very organized. But honestly one of the best trips.

Property is good but just meant for people staying at dc room. They won't consider your request to deliver more than 3 water bottle in room service. I had severe issue of migraine from mangrove plant. But they said we can't change the rooms. Front seat staff is quite rude. They were not their to listen any of your issue. So zero star for that. I just revived because of Expedia guest service available at front desk. Excellent service by them. Wish can give more than 5 stars. They not only change my room, provided help to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. Special names to thanks are Krystal and Sara. Wonderful people they came specially in room to check on me. Both were too nice to talk and deal with. Every little thing has been cared of by them. If I will be back, just came by booking with Expedia only.

It was absolutely ideal for our 8-year-old! From the exciting daily and nightly entertainment to the thrilling array of waterslides, everything was spot on. Plus, our incredible butlers, Abril and Clarisa, made the experience even more unforgettable.

Beautiful resort. The beach is clear from rocks. The serving staff are so sweet. The rooms are nice. Alejandro, Alexis and Perla were our favs! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. Really made our trip memorable. The resort has theme nights but they had a silent disco which was so boring. So many ppl out and just sitting around with no music for those who were not a part of the disco. Other than that, it was great. The cave dinner was a highlight for us but the resort is not all-inclusive. You have to pay for that and other things such as bowling, trampoline, laser tag etc… the crocodile is free tho hehe kids love that!

Nice hotel but terrible logistics, it’s impossible to reserve to a restaurant, if you want a pool chair you have to get it before 7:00 am if not it’s impossible to get one! The pool area is not big enough for the amount of visitors! You have people offering you deals all day everywhere you go!

Beautiful property. Very clean, good service/staff. Hard time getting chairs at pool and beach, but we weren’t out very early to try. Restaurants stayed very busy, mostly booked up. But buffet and bars/a la carts options were easy, good, and quick.

we enjoyed all the facilities a lot except the foods in a la carte restaurants. They were not bad at all but they didn't match the other facilities including buffet.
