Great location, matches description and pictures.

The location is great, walking or biking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is as pictured with good views of the neighborhood. Parking in front of the unit is free, but be sure you pay attention to surrounding areas for paid parking. Would recommend.

Great location!

Location was great, good access to beach, 5th Avenue, restaurants, etc. Very clean, comfortable bed and all basic necessities taken care of. Only complaint is the listing description pertaining to “sea sight views” and “balcony” were inaccurate. Apartment was on bottom floor with a patio, not a balcony and the only view was up from the patio to close up other apartments that could look down at you. The pictures posted online for this listing were not of this room but of another similar one in the same complex (one with an actual balcony and slightly different configuration / layout). Also, entrance into apartment room directly across from main entrance to the whole building and door very noisy as others come and go at all hours of the night. Unpleasant if you’re a light sleeper.

A nice place to stay.

This property was nicely laid out. The king size bed was very comfortable. The small sundeck overlook the neighborhood. The pool and common areas were really nice. Great view from the rooftop pool. We wanted to enjoy the TV, but it was all in Spanish. Absolutely no channels in English so we couldn’t enjoy a movie. That was somewhat of a disappointment.

Good location within a few blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue. Easy walking distance from many areas. Very clean unit and great responsiveness from the property owner.
