Poorest customer service in a long time
I plugged in my dual usb plug into the bedside lamp and it sparked and smoked. I immediately removed it. Like a responsible adult I went to the front desk and recounted the situation. I was speaking to a man named Sam and there was a women beside him. I then asked if they had another plug as mine no longer worked. I got a no and it was not the fault of the hotel. I can go buy another he said. I asked if I go will the hotel reimburse me, No he said. Worse yet, no one said Sorry. For my issue. For my inconvenience. Or Thank you for telling them about the fire hazard beside the bed. He didn’t even make a note of the issue. I told the housekeeper who said he will write a report. Bad customer service. Oh, when I asked for contact info to complain he handed me a card upside down and it ended up the number for the shuttle driver.
