This place was not good. There were baby roaches in the room. There were mushrooms growing by the tub. We were there 5 nights, the room was not cleaned once. They did spray for the bugs when we told them. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The photos of this place were incredibly misleading. The place has clearly not been renovated in decades (I noticed the employees still even clock in on an analog punch clock). I expected a budget hotel, but this place was gross, and felt unsafe. Five minutes after arriving, we saw someone hit a crack pipe in the parking lot. The first night, there were multiple people running, talking, and straight up screaming outside our door and in the corridors literally all night. We checked out the following morning and rebooked into a much better hotel across the street. Would absolutely never stay here again. The employee at the front desk who checked us in, however, was very friendly and helpful.

The room they originally gave me hadn’t been cleaned, but the dude in the lobby didn’t have a problem moving us. The hotel is very run down, people in the pool all hours of the night, but you get what you pay for.

I will say that I was able to sleep as the mattresses were fine. The first room we were given was missing a light bulb above the desk and the light over the mirror/ vanity did not work with unflushed toilet paper in the commode. After coming to the room to confirm our report, we were walked to another room. We accepted the second room at that late hour of our arrival though there was a hole in the bathroom wall with a non-functional bathroom vent fan.... no coffeemaker in the room but, not a deal-breaker. The staff was polite and did the best they could. I didn't try the pool, but have pictures of how deteriorated the area appeared. The last issue was the parking and traffic flow. There was a car parked under the lobby awning basically blocking traffic flow in an extremely TIGHT parking lot. "You get what you pay for" is the theme. We only needed a place to sleep, but a Wyndham property shouldn't by this rough. Looks like they are trying to rent rooms that. aren't maintained. I won't stay there again - should have believed the ratings. I truly hope they can improve - hard to find lodging that doesn't feel overpriced.

Don’t waste your time staying here. They are beyond rude the rooms are disgusting the ac didn’t even work and nobody could be found in the office. The owner is rude and talks about customers with office workers

The window to the room was broken and put back together with packing tape. The shower had bugs and someone else's hair in it. The chair had a bunch of rips in it. The area felt unsafe and there was no last date of inspection in the elevator.

The experience was horrible. The first room they gave us had a huge hole in the wall and a leak in the bathroom. We asked to be moved, and the other room was dirty, with stained sheets and towels, as were the hallways. The whole place smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. My suggestion is to pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Property is old and outdated. No breakfast available must dine out. The first room we were offered we could see the outside light peeking through the door seal and the door wouldn’t lock. Rooms 2-4 were offered and they all had locking issues. We settled on room 2 on 4th floor. Vulgar language was written on the wall. There was a hole behind the door in the bathroom.

The door lock and the light in the bathroom were missing the cover. Also broken was the piece to keep the curtain from getting shut in the door. We gad to be extra careful the curtain was not caught in the frame or the door wouldn't latch/lock properly. Pics included.
