We only stayed for two night but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided family friendly activities each night. It's far enough from Gatlinburg and toward the end of Pigeon Forge that it isn't too crowded but is close to everything you could want to do.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the pool. The hot tub didn’t work but that isn’t a big deal for us. We will be booking again.

Check in was a breeze and staff were very friendly. Walls are a little too thin… we heard neighbors and people talking and running all night. But room was clean, beds are comfy and breakfast was excellent. Overall great hotel. Will definitely stay again.
