Too many dogs. Booked double beds thru third party. Man that was at fro t fest said third party people always say they’re available bit he only had king size with ouch available . No beds g was in the room for couch so I went back down to ask the man for bedding. While waiting, a couple came in without reservations..and for two beds. Fixed them right up.!!!! I questioned him after the. Purple left and he apologized and asked if I wanted to swap rooms and get a double 😤😤😤😤

The shower was amazing made me start remodeling my own shower Service was top notch Some reason I thought there was an aquarium in there because of pictures But it wasn’t Breakfast buffet was good

The hotel was nice but it needs a freshing up. Panels in the elevator were hanging down, the paint they used for the bathroom was the wrong type of paint because it made it look like water drops were coming down on the close door. The breakfast needs to be changed up every other day, not just the same thing each morning.

Location and room was great. I had to ask for tv remote first day. Breakfast was ok but not what we expected. The popcorn for the movie was cold. My grandson didnt get to swim the pool was small and over crowded. Also thought the pool was not the cleanest. The 3 vending machines was out of order. Probably won't stay again.

The staff were excellent! They said all the rooms were remodeled but they were basically just painted over and not a good paint job either! First room we had the AC unit didnt work got put into another room where they had just fixed it! Others had issues as well! For the amount of $ we could have stayed in something better
