Clean room with a very comfortable bed. Nice big TV. The pool and hot tub were 24 hr which was a very nice bonus. Breakfast was great with lots of options and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Lots to do nearby. We have no complaints.

Nice rooms only complaint is soda machine on our second floor charged $2.50 for a coke and elevator was very noisy and barking dogs during the night !!! Construction work behind the hotel!!

I never leave reviews but this one is terrible!

We stayed two nights with our family we had 3 rooms reserved. They were having a kid conference with nothing but teenagers and they were running up and down halls hitting on doors being loud all around us. In the rooms above us and in the hall. We had to get the police to come to make them quit the hotel staff told us quiet hours aren’t until 11 so I guess it was ok for literally hundreds of kids to run up and down halls yelling beating on doors keeping everyone up. The reason you rent a room is for somewhere to sleep. They couldn’t even make that accommodation happen. On top of that the indoor pool was freezing cold that’s why we choose to stay there. Never again!!!!

This was our first time at The Ramsey so we did not know what to expect. It was awesome! We got the 2 bedroom suite which was great and the 24 hr indoor pool was wonderful!

Busy place - there remodeling just don’t get a room near the rooms there working on bc it was all day noise ! Nice place but hard to get into the hot tub always 4-5 ppl in it when went down to the pool !

The hotel was great the only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the indoor pool. I specifically picked this one bc of it. Usually indoor pools are heated that’s the whole point. Why have one in the winter if it’s going to be freezing, I could just go outside to outside pool. People complained for days about it and nothing was ever done. Everything else was great but our whole reason for picking this one was what we thot would be a heated indoor pool.

Door to bathroom the wood was peeling off and they just painted over them, unknown substances on the wall beside the bed. Tile was broken beside toilet and shower and grout was very dirty in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast at least.

Ramsey Hotel Review

Stay was good. We were able to take our little dog. They do hold a $250 deposit but will take it off after the stay and a $40 pet fee I did not know until I got the message after booking. It was too late to cancel the reservation since it was a last-minute decision. Ramsey was great they worked with us on an issue with the room arrangements. The beds were cozy. I wish they would invest in easy-closing doors because you would wake up all night to a door slamming shut of others coming in and out of their rooms.
