They are in the process of remodeling which wouldn’t have been bad if I would have known. The pictures make it look a lot better than what it is. Would not stay here again.

The property, inside and out, was very pleasant, there was plenty of parking space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, made you feel at home. My ONLY concern was the cleaning people. Don't get me wrong, the do an excellent job, the room eas perfect. They talk very loudly in the hallway early in the morning and woke me up both of the days I was there. Just a small thing I guess for most. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I'd probably stay again if I'm in that area. Overall I'd rate this place at a 100.

The hotel is nice and some good updates. Room was nice but fireplace didn’t work, which is why we got the room. Asked front desk and they got it going first morning and it didn’t work again. Breakfast was big but they couldn’t keep up even on a Friday morning. Asked staff to change over card to CC since I had deposit on debt and they didn’t do it after asking twice. These are all little things really it was clean, safe and comfy.

This is a beautiful hotel. Online pictures did not lie. The kids had fun every night in the pool while watching a movie. The jacuzzi never let us down. So much to do in the surrounding area, which you could walk to or take the trolley. The staff showed non stop hospitality. If you dont know, this is a Christian owned hotel. Every room has a bible opened to Psalms 119 and a travelers prayer. We really loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was hot and coffee fresh all day. Its a must stay. Unable to post the tons of photos we took.

It was a decent place to stay. The walls in the rooms were gross. But the beds, rooms in general, and hotel were clean. Kids loved the pool. It was very convenient to the ballpark

Staff was not the nicest when checking us in. The trip was for my boyfriend’s birthday and I paid extra $50 to have them set up the room and get him a birthday card and note. They bought balloons from the dollar store and cupcakes from the convenience store. Our rooms were not cleaned. People kept stealing our DND sign. It was not a pleasant experience.

Best place to stay in the Smokies. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean, quiet, nice shower, lots of sitting room in the common areas. I gave this hotel 3 stars because my overall experience was good the front desk staff was amazing easy check in room was very nice, breakfast could have been a little better, but Ms. Judy was wonderful. The main issue I had was the bar I paid my tab which was $52.78 the bartender repeated my total to me, and I used my card. I tipped the bartender $10 I gave her two $5 bills. The bartender thanked me for the tip when I handed it to her. I woke up the morning of check out and I had a charge for $105.56 I called the front desk, and Paula was so nice and understanding because clearly this was a mistake. She took my information and gave it to their accountant, and she gave me a call and stated that I left that amount as a tip. There is no way I would leave a large tip like that for a party of 2 and that would have meant that I left a total of 62.78 as a tip absolutely not and she continued to tell me that she would speak to the bartender and if she decided they would refund my money but if would clearly be up to the bartender. I included this in my review to say just watch your charges closely. When I signed that slip there was no tip on there just a reminder to look a little closer.
