The fridge in the room was not working. There was ice buildup. The coffee maker needed to be flush. Was nasty inside with lint and other stuff.

I had to call IT tech support multiple times while in the room. Only had 4 G without hotel internet, and hotel internet would not keep me logged in. When I got up the next morning to take a shower, there was an open bar of soap in the shower that had been left from previous guest with pubic hairs on it. I felt that paying a large sum of money for a room i would have a better experience

We did not like that. They came knocked on our door at 8 o’clock in the morning. And at 9:30 to see if we were ready we said no I’ll check out is at 11 yet. We still went ahead and got ready to get out.
