The room was fine. I love the walk-in shower. The only problem I have is if you were a smoker, you had to stand in the middle of the parking lot, which at night felt unsafe, even though nobody said in the nice outdoor lounging area you were barred from that area. There should’ve been a place for smokers to go. I was not the only person there that smoked a lot of people complained.

So bad I didn’t stay and manager refused any kind of refund even though I never stayed one hour then told to contact Expedia so I did but didn’t recieve any help from the representative even though I relied on you for nice accommodations but wasn’t and I still paid over eight hundred dollars for nothing not happy

Place needs a complete update! The photos are incredibly deceiving. What little updates that were made were done poorly or half done. Our door must have been broken into at one point because it took two people to lock it. the fireplace was broken, lights were being balanced by leaning on the wall. The back next to the elevator by the parking lot for guests smelled so bad of cat pee and looked like a junk yard! The one thing that was nice about the hotel was the convenience of the location and that was about the only nice thing about it. Definitely will be staying elsewhere!
