Wonderful stay as usual. However, cleaning staff was not vacuuming general areas nearly enough—elevator rug and area rug outside my door was filthy for the entire 3 day stay. Also, did not appreciate cleaners leaving lights on in room with blinds open after cleaning—which was very late in the afternoon and it had turned dark so passersby could see everything we had in the room.

Reserve your room,, you will not regret.

The property is clean, friendly people. Super clean except the water dripping in the bathroom. Pillow is a little bit hard. Complimentary buffet breakfast across the street,pay extra 5.99.They have fruits,drinks, Krispy Kreme donut 24hrs,I guess.7 mins walk to The Pirates Show and the Island .Will be back on our next trip.

The suite we stayed in was very nice, clean and comfortable. The area was convenient to shopping and the grounds were decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the hot tub, the music entertainment, and the short walk to the Island.

The parking could get a little dicey when you arrive after dark, late, as parking in back near elevator and rooms was often nearly full. Happily there was always one or two places left. People who run hotel are very nice and rooms were always cleaned everyday. Enjoyed staying here snd would stay again if i ever return to Pigeon Forge.

Did not like the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Was not comfortable climbing over the side to use the shower. Would have preferred a stand alone shower. The only other issue with the room was the lack of a closet or anywhere to hang clothes. Other than that, the king bed jr suite was very roomy and comfortable. Staff was the best. Very friendly and accommodating. The free pancake breakfast was a yummy bonus. We parked our car and walked most everywhere we wanted to visit. Very convenient location. Will be staying there again in our next trip.

Clean and updated rooms extremely friendly staff. My only issue is myself personally I can't stand most perfumey smells and the clean with fabuloso and to me it stinks but at least you knew that they cleaned
