We lucked out and found a very low rate for this hotel. Superior lodging compared to other hotels we've stayed out in Pigeon Forge. It was winter and so we didn't bring our swimsuits. Unfortunate because the pool is open 24/7 even in winter. The cleaning staff was awesome and i really liked the towel animals. Would stay again in a second. We met several folks who had stayed there for dollywood trips for years. The breakfast buffet across the four lane was good. Worth the few dollars to upgrade.

Very nice clean hotel within walking distance of the Island. Staff are very friendly. Snacks and coffee are kept fresh for guests. You get a voucher for the pancake house across the street, which has excellent food. I will definitely stay there whenever I go back to Pigeon Forge.

Great stay as always. My family has stayed here many times. It’s walking distance to Yhe Island and many other entertainment spots. Very clean, great location, staff super nice. They have complimentary drinks, donuts and fruit in lobby for their guests. I love the new addition of Ice machines at elevator on each floor. Thank you for another great experience.
