Overnight stay. Wanted additional night but to expensive. Plus resort fees parking fees. That being said if we were staying there to enjoy all of the properties amenities would have been different I breakfast was expensive 36.00 for buffet food that is normally free other places. Plus it was cold and tasteless.

This place was AWESOME!!!! Great location, great staff, wonderful rooms, and lots of things for the kids to do!! Only complaint is the bowling didn’t open till 12pm so it was hard to get to do it a lot when we were playing ball and the games are expensive in the arcade for half not to be working! All in all great experience and we will be back!

Nothing Can Compare To This Epic Resort - BOOK IT!

It was simply amazing! I will never stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge when I come back. The staff was exceptional, the food was stellar, the service was above and beyond, and amenities were fantastic! This Resort sets the bar very high in comparison to 'any' others I've stayed at in over a decade! This is the place you want to stay at when you come to visit this beautiful, fun little town. It was an incredible good value and a very safe, security maintained, establishment. Anybody that doesn't give this place 5-stars, shouldn't go back, because it was well worthy of much more than 5, and truly exceeded my expectations! I have owned a motel and a restaurant franchise I started, so I can wholeheartedly tell to you that I've been in the business (Now Retired), long enough to know what good customer service is, and how to run a business of that nature. This glorious Resort is the quentasential definition of hospitality, at a level beyond words I can explain, without writing a novel here... I leave you with this though; Don't stay anywhere else in this town, because this place has it all, and is breathtaking! IT'S FAMILY FRIENDLY, AT THE STARTING POINT OF THE STRIP, AND HAS A TROLLY SERVICE YOU CAN RIDE FOR $3 ALL-DAY, and the list goes on and on...

Best resort stay in Pigeon Forge!!!

It was an amazing experience. After our trip to Dollywood, we didn’t have to leave the premises for 3 days. So much to do there, the children stayed busy and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely return many more times!

Absolutely loved this place and I'm already trying to plan another trip here! I loved the secluded location and view of the mountains. I loved the activities throughout the day and the relaxing atmosphere of the whole place. Our room was upgraded, free of charge. It was clean and spacious. Loved swimming with the ducks in the lazy river and finding the 'Lost Shaker of Salt'! Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Good for families with young kids!

Hotel was nice and rooms were very roomy which was nice. However, it’s very noisy with kids in hall and walking around and doors opening and closing. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Nice pillows though. This is perfect if you have kids and don’t mind the hustle and bustle of being in a kid environment. Also, I WOULD NOT recommend the breakfast. I read reviews which some said weren’t too good and we wanted something quick as we were in a hurry and just ate downstairs. Pancakes were hard. Breads, muffins etc stale. Eggs ok and as long as you got something new that was just brought out was ok.

I requested a room away from elevators when I booked, and when I got to my room it was immediately within 3 steps from the elevator. And of course, screaming kids waiting for elevator. Luckily they had a different room for me to move to. Due to being pet friendly site, I was awoken by barking dogs in other rooms every morning starting around 7am, every day of my 6 day stay. My new room did not have a working phone nor working alarm clock and the electrical socket by table and chairs also didn't work. Food was good, site was clean, bartender by arcade was great, room was clean, kids weren't allowed in hot tub yet often were in it playing. I received no response from their website contact page when I sent enquiries prior to my arrival. I also wasn't asked how my visit was when I checked out. Concierge booked us Dolly Parton Stampede tickets at a discount (if we participated in timeshare presentation) but didn't tell us to show up an hour early for all the preshow activities at venue.
