The desk in Room V234 is badly worn and scratched and is in need of replacement or some TLC! Otherwise our room was spacious and had a beautiful gas fireplace for added comfort. We enjoyed Buddy who works at the Chill bar beside the pool. Delicious frozen drinks!

Hotel super conveniently located to many things to do, and food to eat. Hotel was overwhelming big, with a tiny lobby area. Standard double queen room courtyard side seemed a little smaller, and floors felt dirty. Besides that, everything else about room fine. Unfortunately their is no indoor pool, and the outdoor rooftop pool not to big compared to how many guest that can want to use it. Also, pricey $25 a day valet which can add up staying a week, and $10 self parking that is almost 10 minute walk away from hotel makes no sense. Self parking should be free! Overall, hotel seems like a nice place for couples, but not geared towards families, though many would be fine. Just not what we look for in a long stay.

I wish I can give it 5 stars for property condition but the pool conditions like the steps were unsafe. The step tiles seem to hang over so it’s sharp. My son slice his toe pretty good. Everything else was amazing. Location was wonderful will definitely come back next year.

Parking was a mess so you had to valet or walk 7 minutes from the free parking lot to the hotel which I thought was inconvenient. Food at the hotel was mediocre but the outside table seating was nice as you are right by a creek. To be fair, you are in a very touristy area and food in these types of places tends to be just so-so. The room was nice and we had a balcony that overlooked the shopping area. Shower was excellent as it was big, had a seat in it and great water pressure. Staff were very friendly.

Be prepared but nice place

Clean hotel, be prepared for poor lighting in the bathroom if you’re planning to apply makeup, put in contacts, etc. Valet parking is necessary here unless you want to take a pretty significant walk to your car every time you go somewhere, cost is $25/day for valet, $10/day for self parking.
