The floor in the dining area was separated. The carpeting was loose and ridges in it. This was unsafe. Furniture had stains on them. The outside porches were dirty.

Overpaid for disappointment

I was terribly disappointed with our cottage. It was dingy and damaged.The worse part was the roach that was on the kitchen. The glass shoer door was broken and eaternwould run out into the bathroom floor. For the money that I paid, it was a hung let down. I could have paid so much less and stayed some where cleaner and nicer. Hilton has never let me down until this stay.

I canceled this booking and it never got cancelled so I got charge for the room. Expedia is awful. They screwed up two of my reservation at my cost. They cancelled a reservation that was for a week long stay. You need to use another booking company.

Needs updating and things fixed. Tubs and toilets leaked. Was able to use tub in one of the bathrooms and the toilet in the other bathroom. Seal/molding for the sliding door to balcony was messed up and stuck up and would catch your feet. There were other minor things that needed fixed as well. Had maintenance come to room and was told they couldn’t fix anything and had been aware of the issues for quite some time. Couldn’t access some of the things due to updates in other areas. They do not tell you of any of these things in advance. With all the issues with the rooms they should offer money back or make you aware of the issues in advance.

Great… but

This place would have been 5 stars but the ac in our unit didn’t work. For us this is a huge inconvenience as even at home we like it 68 when we sleep. It was above 75 in our room, and we found out other units had broken ac. Everything else was fantastic, and really wanted to give them 5 stars.
