We walked into this beautiful condo with a gorgeous mountain view! It was very spacious with nice furniture and two bedrooms with king beds. The beds were super comfortable. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. It was very close to Dollywood and to the Food City grocery store.

This resort was amazing! The decor is a bit dated but the amenities, staff friendliness, and the view were absolutely amazing. They ended up opening up the outdoor pool while we were there and it was a great pool. We utilized both indoor pool and sauna and outdoor pool and sauna and both were enjoyable. Having a kitchen and laundry facility in the room was a game changer for us and was so helpful. Location of the resort was also a huge plus, quiet, close enough to town for activities but no noise from town. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to everyone!

Customer service/staff was very friendly and quick to provide any of our needs. Our two bedroom suite with a Mountain View was perfect for our young family (& grandma, too). Laundry in unit, parking, kitchen amenities were great. The property grounds including the pool were also well maintained. Game room is dated & playground was nonexistent but did not affect our stay. We booked on a whim & are happy with the outcome.
