The indoor waterpark doesn’t really have much at all in comparison to others. It was definitely disappointing. The breakfast restaurant’s food doesn’t come out looking anything like advertised and very small portions for the price. The arcade is ridiculously overpriced which I know is common. At least the free kids’ activities were a nice little addition to the day. The Christmas decorations throughout were beautiful.Overall, it was a decent stay but we have had many much better experiences in Pigeon Forge and wouldn’t recommend this one over the competitors.

The room was nice but we did not get to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. The main pool was really cold even when we stayed here in September it was cold. The water pressure on the 1st floor was bad also. Room service didnt clean the room only dropped off towels and thats it.

It started out with problems but they fixed them and the room was great view was nice food was good but expensive 2 cheese burgers 2 fries 2 drinks $45 indoor water park was great my son loved it Hot tub was amazing after long day in town. Christmas decorations were stunning at resort and in town.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered pizza and it was amazing. Well made and taste great, the kids even thought it was great. The indoor water park was nice. The kids said their bunk beds were really hard but our bed was very comfortable. The one complaint we had was the heat. It wouldn’t level out so we were hot and cold all night. We didn’t sleep well do to the temperature being inconsistent. Overall we would stay again.
