This was our 3rd time staying and we always have a blast!! The rooms are wonderful. Clean, comfortable beds, nice deck. The staff are wonderful. We LOVE the dance parties at night for the kids and all the fun things they do with them like crafts and pool parties and music. The pool areas are kept super clean and the slides were a huge hit with the kids. The new indoor water park is wonderful! Biggest spa tub I’ve seen I think. lol The price is great for everything you get. Granny cluckets Breakfast is delicious! The only inconvenience we had was having to walk all the way back through the lobby to go our room that’s at the other building from the pool. Wish there was a door leading out straight to that building if something was forgotten or to get drinks and snacks.

We usually have a difficult time finding places that have access to water activities for my daughter’s wheelchair, NOT here. They welcomed her wheelchair and all. The staff was kind courtesy. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a hotel before! Will be back again!

Great get-a-way for the kids and me. Nice location right off the main strip of everything. They stayed in the water most of the time, but we did check the arcade out and it was nice! The popcorn was great. We had an overall great experience.

Mini Great Wolf Lodge

This is basically a miniature Great Wolf Lodge. The price is very reasonable for everything they have to offer. There is an indoor water park, an outdoor pool and a splash area for the kids. Since this is a great place for kids, there are a lot of them. It is easy to hear them running around in the hallway. There is even an arcade on the 2nd floor. There were a could of things I didn't like. There is no microwave in the room. You have to leave your room and go the hallway where the microwave is located next to the vending machines. However, the only working vending machine was on the 4th floor. The beds were also not very comfortable. They were fine, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. This hotel uses the same cheap pillows as every other hotel. Given this, I would still stay here again. They have activities for the kids almost every hour and the mini water park is fun too. There are two water slides outside and two large ones on the inside, as well as kiddie slides. Oh, and the receptionists take FOREVER to check people in, but I think that's because those people had a million questions.

Need to deep clean and put air freshener

The main building was really nice but don't know about the rooms. When we arrived at the main entrance it smelled amazing. However the Summit tower we stayed in was lacking the clean smell. The rooms needed a deep clean. It smelled like body odor. The sheets smelled as well. There is no microwave in the room and no coffee pot in the room. I didn't dream that they wouldn't have a coffee pot in the rooms. They have a coffee shop if you want to pay $3 each for a cup of coffee. The air conditioner made the room feel damp even with it on dry setting. The indoor water park and outdoor water park is amazing. Having to walk all the way through the main hotel to get to the outdoor pool was a little crazy to me. When they have gates all the way around. The amenities they have are nice if you want to spend a bunch of money.
