Good concept, but execution could be better.

Room was very clean. Shower floor left a bit to be desired with some grime at the edges (the shower was HUGE, so it wasn't a big deal... just an eyesore and would have been an easy fix for thorough cleaning staff). We did not love the breakfast, and the coffee was not good. Overall, the concept and design of the hotel are great. Easy to see what they're trying to achieve with this reno. The execution left a bit to be desired, especially in terms of service and food. Parking was also difficult at night; doesn't seem to be enough to accommodate overnight guests and pool party guests.

The hotel is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge so convenient if you want to walk over to the island. There was a nice bar area and the pool was decent. The hotel room wasn’t anything special. It was quite small for 5 of us and wasn’t very clean (dirty floor and bathroom) It’s essentially a motel, as all the hotels are in that area. Housekeeping came daily which was good, although they’d only make up 2 out of the 3 beds which was strange. A minor issue though!

This place is just ok. I booked because the pool looked real nice. It was just ok. Too many kids and the pool was dirty. I will say the air stream with drink service was a nice touch. They had an Elvis impersonator and that was good. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Lady who checked us in was decent upon check in until she had an interaction with our dogs. They tried to go up to her and she freaked out. I understand she may be afraid of dogs but you are a pet friendly hotel. Also next evening we went to sit in the bar and she must not have recognized us because she was t complaining to a co-worker about our dogs and us. I will not return here!!

The property seemed to be well kept outside around the pool but the water was a little cloudy. In our room the bathroom was really clean but the rest of the room was a little dirty. The bed was comfortable, which was nice. The biggest issue I had was it was non smoking but the room and the property smelled like smoke because the cleaning and maintenance employees were smoking while they were working. Unfortunately we had a room right at the ramp on the second floor so it was quite noisy most of the night. Overall I’d say this is ok for a one night stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Nice weekday stay

Check-in was a breeze, staff was attentive and friendly, we never had any issues parking, the room was large, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom sink had a few hairs on it and the bathroom floors had a couple dirty spots, but everything else appeared clean.
