The breakfast wasn’t good at all. Toaster didn’t brown bread, bagels tasted old, eggs were not cooked enough, orange juice couldn’t drink had a funny taste.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great except for the biscuits and gravy. There was lots to choose from. We would definitely stay again!

Room was dated, toilet area so tiny we had to back in to it, refrigerator didn’t work, outlets in inaccessible areas, pool was green from lights (looks like algae), Breakfast was bad with very limited choices. Bacon not done, no sausage, powder eggs, no bagels. Would not recommend. Expedia was not at all helpful in getting the reservation adjusted.

Room was clean Bathroom sink was cracked The headboard for the tv had Trim that was loose and standing up Biggest issue was the hot water. Or lack thereof. We took showers the `1st 2 days around 8:30 and the water was luke warm at best. The last day we took showers at 7:15 and water was acceptable. But still not hot. I think the management should check on the water situation and review there heating methods. It shouldn't matter where I stay or when I take a shower. It should always be hot. Especially, since the temperature was 44, 24 and 14 today. Not very pleased with the lack of hot water and I did inform the front clerk.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. No complaints other than the walls are extremely thin. Be prepared for every siren and loud auto that goes by to hear it. We was on the 4th floor and it was still extremely loud until midnight. Also ever person in neighboring rooms and in the hallway talking. You can hear so we was up at 5am because people talking in the hallway

The stay was ok but the rooms are not sound proof(we could others talking in the next room). In the top corner of the ceiling mildew on it due to a leak stain. The room smelt like sewage due to room not used in awhile. After running the water & flushing the toilet multiples to finally remove the smell. The remodeled room was nice but left a lot of open space. Lack of storage area. The room was clean, mattress comfortable, & breakfast was excellent, pool & hot tub was wonderful! We had stayed here multiple times before being remodeled.

Everything was great. Great staff. Eggs were great at breakfast. We wish there could have been some Orange Juice, strawberries, strawberry muffins, and some pancakes. Other than that there was a great variety of food and the place was very clean. The pricing for rooms was great also. This was our second time at the Walden and we will go again!

Its a nice hotel and the hotel staff are really nice too. My issue isnt with that. We booked and pd thru expedia. But when we got there and they took my debit card to put on file for accidentals or whatever they charged me a second time for our week long stay. It wouldnt be an issue at all if the money had been credited back to my account as soon as we realized it and spoke to the manager. But its going on day 5 now with no refund posted yet. It wouldnt be a problem really if it wasnt so much, but its over $500...and that kinda puts a damper on ur vacation when ur spending a week in pigeon forge. That money couldve been used for shopping or dinner shows or sthing like that...but the weeks over and were back home and still havent gotten refunded. Sooo...thats my issue with the hotel. If it werent for that i wouldve gladly given 5 stars..because the hotel and the staff are really nice. But when ur talking about a mixup thats over 500 bucks....thats not cool. I mean it took a day for them to deduct it, and it was their error and here it is day 5 and the money still hasnt been refunded back into my account. So for that reason thats why im only giving 2 stars. Because this is a BIG issue that couldve totally been avoided on their part.
