It was just okay. The house keeping don’t speak English. The room was just okay. No carpet and hard wood floors. And every room has a balcony so no point in even getting the best room. No difference. Breakfast was not good at all btw. Microwaves potatoes. Waffles have no flavor.

The Hotel was in a great location, all was good , but the only thing was the air conditioner was really loud and didn't make for a good nights sleep, also, the balcony had a big 1x6 board around it which obstructed our view, other than that , it was really good!

After staying at multiple Margaritaville properties, we had very high expectations for this hotel. Considering the price we paid for the room, we were disappointed. Our room had a very musty smell and felt damp. Even with the AC turned down, we could never get it comfortably cool in the room. While this comes with the location, it was very noisy all throughout the night. Staff was kind and helpful and we enjoyed being close to the Island. However, we will not be returning to this hotel.

First time for three "older ladies" they were very caring and compassionate. Great customer service remembered names and lots of smiles. The rooms and hallways were very clean. The breakfast was also good. The pool was nice. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
