This house was amazing! Very comfortable setting, with all the amenities. The host was super helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is extremely unwell kept and safe. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful condo

This property is great! Had everything you could need. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, community pool (although we didn't have time to enjoy it), and a gas fireplace! Neighborhood is quiet. Host response was quick! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. Would stay here again!

We came out to the area from Ohio for Baseball Spring Training. The location was perfect for watching our team in Goodyear and was close to interstates for traveling to away games. The condo itself is, in a word, AMAZING! Pictures don’t do it justice. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, every amenity you would need in the kitchen, and lots of extras like towels and totes for the pool. Comunication with Trini was flawless. We would highly recommend this listing!

Perfect location for families

We found this villa in Litchfield Park to be a perfect home for our family during our time in Phoenix. The floor plan is good in that it provides some privacy for all. Everything was so clean and organized. And then just outside is a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths, parks with play toys, and even a soccer field! Litchfield Park also has a World Zoo, which is amazing and very close! Thank you Trini for everything!

I’m a traveler who travels regularly several times a year using Vrbo and AirBB commendations. This traveling experience from Florida to Arizona was outstanding starting and ending with the accommodations at 764 W Village Pkwy, Litchfield Park, AZ, 85340 United States of America. The home makes you feel at home based on the cleanliness, bedding, linens, to a location near to shopping , restaurants, casino, or just 30minutes from the airport and city of Phoenix. To top off this great experience was the service from the hostess from the time we booked until we left. Her immediate response to all communication was superb! Thank you for making our trip a memorable trip for all the right reasons! If we ever return back to Phoenix we will be sure to stay only at this location! Great Job in ALL areas!

Great Visit

This is the third time we have stayed at Trini’s home and, as usual, it was perfect. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the WigWam and the restaurants of Litchfield Village. Everything is just as described with all needed for a great stay. Trini, our hostess, is amazing and always extremely quick to respond and act on any issues. For instance, one of the smoke detectors was chirping when we arrived and she had a new battery installed within a couple of hours. She clearly dropped everything to see that the issue was resolved. We will gladly rent her home again.
