The bed was subpar, it was caved in the middle. The toilet ran. We could not get a late check out due to staff shortages. I am loyal to Marriott brand hotels but this one needs some help.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. It started when the staff put me in an accessible room, which I did not need or request. I would have rather that gone to someone who was in need of it. One of the main light fixtures in the room didn’t work which was upsetting. The room was also in poor condition. Upon arrival, there was water still in the bathroom as the drain was down. There were also stains on our bed sheets, and overall I just didn’t trust the cleanliness of the room. The staff was nice, breakfast was okay but overall this hotel was rundown and just did not meet some basic standards

The hotel was dated. Needs new paint. The carpets were very stained in multiple areas. The hot tub was broken. The ac unit in the room had a squeak like a loose band.

Our hotel breakfast was only available at a neighboring hotel which was out of food and no place to sit. Front doors to hotel locked 24/7. Had to call to get in. Staff engaged with their personal phones not the guest. Terrible experience. We will not return.

Only because there is nothing lower than a 1 star i would not give them any Stars. I rented 2 rooms 1 for me and one for my nephew and nieces that I took to Water park. When we checked in the lobby was full of homeless people asking for courtesy water.When we checked out i always leave my room spotless and i did the same for the kids to. These are good kids with excellent grades ages 14-17 which is why i rewarded them with the water park. When i asked for a receipt they could not give me one but would email me one. I paid for one room and the second room was thru a 3rd party booking. 2 days after arriving back home in Tucson, I finally received my bill with another almost 300 charge. When I called for an explanation, they told me it was a charge for smoking and drugs use in the rooms. I just about fell on the floor. The girl at front desk was rude and hung up on me. I had to send my bank proof that i was a non smoker by sending them my life insurance policy that shows a prefered rating. I also offered to drug test all the kids but told I would expect the Hotel to pay for it. I called corporate. the first woman i spoke with was very empathetic and said someone else would reach out to help resolve. I was threatening law suits. No one helped and my bank finally refund me my money. This is the worst Hotel experience Ihave ever had in my life. DO not stay. Beware of rip off practices.
