When you arrive, you will immediately feel greeted by the warm greenery and delicate sound of the fountain in the courtyard. Enter the house to find mid-century wood paneling and floor-to-ceiling windows on either side of the living room. You’ll be immediately greeted by a view of the gorgeous backyard with a lush desert landscape and sparkling swimming pool. Continue on and you’ll be dazzled by the spacious kitchen featuring a 36-in professional fridge and massive waterfall countertop with seating for four. Peer through the cut out above the sink to find the brightly lit dining room with a table for 8 and high stools for 2. Stop and make a drink at the wet bar, or help yourself to a chilled glass of wine from the dual temperature wine fridge.

As you walk into the primary bedroom, you’ll be wowed by the high ceilings and natural light pouring. With a love seat, king sized bed and mounted TV, you’ll feel right at home during your stay. Don’t hesitate to take a bath in the soaking tub, or rinse off after a swim in the waterfall shower. Open the back doors to step out onto a quiet private patio and enjoy the warm Arizona air. Head to the other side of the home and find the queen and twin guest rooms, both featuring ensuite baths and direct access to the outdoors. From the backyard, you can access the trundle bed guest room and detached casita, both with french doors that open directly to a stunning view of the yard and swimming pool. The casita features a kitchenette with a small sink, microwave and mini fridge as well as a full ensuite bathroom.

Once you step foot in the backyard, you may never want to leave. The entire outdoor space surrounds a sparkling salt water pool, complete with a Baja shelf, umbrella, in-water seating and a waterfall. The backyard oasis features 2 cabanas each with seating, a perfect place to relax with friends or read a book on your own. At meal times, gather with your group at the table for 10, and make good use of the propane gas grill. In the evenings, light up the fireplace by the outdoor sofa, and turn on the pool lights to go for a nighttime swim.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. We want you to have a fantastic time, and are available via the booking site should questions arise.

This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.

Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.
